Bible Road Trip is an exciting journey which places you and your children in the driver’s seat! Aimed at youth grades 1-12, Bible Road Trip will allow your family to survey the Bible cover-to-cover in 3 years ~ with breaks for summer!
Available weekly: Notebooking Pages for Bible Road Trip!
This week we’re looking at chapters 1-9 of the book of 2 Kings ~ the seventh of the Historical Books. The prayer focus for the Grammar levels covers the Balinese. For Dialectic and Rhetoric students (middle school and high school), the prayer focus is Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Tuvalu.
Bible Road Trip ~ Year One Week Twenty-Five ~ 2 Kings ~ Part One is attached in a downloadable, printable file at the end of this post.
As a reminder, you can download the Overview for Bible Road Trip here. To easily access the available weeks of Bible Road Trip, you may visit www.BibleRoadTrip.org. A new weekly syllabus publishes each Wednesday.
Each grade level (or developmental stage) has a two to three page syllabus. Because the Bible Road Trip curriculum is designed to be used over the course of a three to five-day week, your family may have the time and desire to do every activity. On the other hand, you may wish to pick and choose your activities. For example, you may also find that your child loves to notebook, but doesn’t care for crafting. Bible Road Trip was designed to give your family the flexibility to fit the curriculum to your family’s needs.

I would like to use this… can I start behind you and when will you delete before I catch up?

Hi! I’m not planning to delete anything. Go ahead and start whenever you’d like. The lessons are printable, so you can print the curriculum all now if you’d like and have it all the way through high school. One year fits in a 2″ binder.
I’d love to hear how it’s going!

Angella,
I know that it can be difficult to navigate the weekly curriculum plans as this is a blog, and not a website. Because it’s a blog, everything appears in the reverse order of the date it was published (last posts first). In an attempt to help with that, we have created http://BibleRoadTrip.org – where you can view only the Bible Road Trip posts. You would just need to scroll down to the post you want to read.
I like to use the “Search” feature in the upper right-hand corner. I enter “Year One Week One”, for example, and only one or two posts appear. I hope that helps.
Once all of Year One is on the site, I’ll make an index of every post.
